Even if nobody sends me to jail I don't think I'm gonna survive the recall election.

There's still no jail. You could run the right campaign. Who knows. Or are you sick of politics.

To be honest with you I have no idea how I ended up with this job in the first place.

One day. Everyone was asking what to do. And it got really quiet. And then you realized you were the one who was supposed to answer.

Hah. Sort of. [...] I was the foreman of construction when we were building the village, so it was more like people were asking me questions I knew the answers to until all of a sudden they were asking me questions I had no idea how to answer.

That makes sense.
I think there's a lot of that. People looking for answers. Because no one knows what to do.
Would you want to go back to that? Just construction?

Trying to figure that out. I guess, probably. Especially if we're going to be doing a bunch of crazy construction projects together.

There's a lot of work.
I was going to float an elevator system. Actually. Probably just a bunch of pulleys, right.

Oh yeah, that shouldn't be too hard. How much is it going to have to lift?

I could come over early before we start working on the weatherizing project.
